We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, including all major cities and towns. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over a certain amount (e.g., PKR 3,000).

  • A flat shipping fee will apply for orders below the free shipping threshold. Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your package in real-time.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to deliver your order on time, there may be delays due to:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Courier disruptions or national holidays

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package is damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
