Refund & Return Policy

At Dr. Attiya Tareen Skincare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every product you receive is of the highest quality and reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: We do not accept returns for used products, trial kits, or items purchased on sale.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share a clear photo or video of the issue for verification. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

3. How to Request a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to send the product to our designated return address. Return shipping charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. The refund will be issued via your original payment method or bank transfer (as applicable).

5. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Used or opened products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
